Board of Directors Qualifications
Perspective: ERBR does not necessarily utilize the philosophy of many consultants regarding non-profit boards. These philosophies often teach that boards should be made up of wealthy, influential and high profile individuals who can generate income and make contacts for the organization. While ERBR is certainly not opposed to having these types of individuals, our main focus is to have individuals who have a genuine concern for the children and a strong desire to see these children succeed.Qualifications: For consideration on the board the individual must possess four characteristics:
- He/She must be a committed Christian
