May 1, 1999 : First Set of Houseparents to Relieve the Hiltons
2004 : Licensure to Operate Under DHR Instead of DYS Granted
January 2006 : Decision Made to Relocate Facilities and Expand
June 2006 : 100th Child comes to Eagle Rock
Fall 2006 : Funding Received From Alabama Power, Hillcrest and Daniel Foundations
January 2007 : Gadsden Industrial Board Approved Proposal for 31.8 Acres of Land
