The real meaning of what we do is best explained on the face of a boy making his first step toward success. It may be in getting his first job or receiving his first award at school. It may be his experiencing his first success in athletics.

Many times I have visited the places our boys used to call “home.” I have seen the drugs, the abuse, the poverty, and immorality. When I contrast that with the structure, support, and love our staff offers, I am reminded why we exist.

It is all explained on the face of a child.
